    Public launch. SaaS in af-south-1 + eu-central-1. Self-host bundle on GitHub.

    • Multi-tenant SaaS with pod-namespace tenant isolation.
    • Three SaaS plans (Starter, Pro, Business) self-served via Dodo Payments. Two Dedicated plans (Managed + On-Prem) via annual contract.
    • AGPL-3.0 monorepo at github.com/feder8d/feder8d. Commercial license available.
    • OpenAI-compatible chat / embeddings / rerank API.
    • Four foundational connectors: Notion, Google Drive, Confluence, MCP.
    • Tenant Console, Chat App, Admin UI, embeddable widget.
    • DR + customer-triggered exports.
    • GDPR + POPIA controls. SOC 2 Type II observation period begins today.
