Summary

feder8d uses only strictly-necessary, first-party cookies. We set no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking cookies anywhere on our properties. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, or POPIA — and we don’t show one.

Marketing site (feder8d.ai)

The public marketing site sets no cookies at all. It loads no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and self-hosts its fonts, so no visitor data (including your IP) is sent to Google or any other third party for the purpose of serving these pages.

Authenticated console & API (app.feder8d.ai, api.feder8d.ai)

Once you sign in, we set the minimum cookies needed to keep you logged in:

Both are strictly necessary for authentication and security. They carry no advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers, and they are exempt from consent under GDPR/ePrivacy Art. 5(3) and POPIA.

What we deliberately do not use

No Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or any product-analytics SDK.
No advertising or remarketing tags (no Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight).
No third-party fonts, maps, or embeds that would leak your IP to a third party.
No cross-site or fingerprinting cookies.

Your controls

Because the only cookies we set are strictly necessary, blocking them in your browser will sign you out and break the authenticated app, but the public site will work normally with all cookies disabled.
